What You Need to Know
On-call physicians and team members will not have remote IT network access during the network-wide system downtime on Sunday, June 27, 2021 from 10 p.m. to 11:59 p.m.
All network traffic, including email, Internet access and any third-party applications that require internet access, will be unavailable during this downtime.
Physicians and team members will NOT have network remote access, and will only be able to provide support while onsite within the HMH network.
