About Dr. Jain

Dr. Jain earned her medical degree from New York Medical College. She completed her residency in pediatrics at Children’s Memorial Hospital (now Lurie Children’s Hospital) / Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, and a fellowship in pediatric nephrology and transplant at Boston Children’s Hospital / Harvard Medical School. She is fluent in English and Assamese, and proficient in medical Spanish.

“At the heart of my practice is the fact that I think of all my patients as ‘my children.’ I, myself, have two young kids. I want parents to know that, with each medication and procedure I recommend, I am trying to put myself in their shoes,” said Dr. Jain. “I understand that it can be scary to be referred to a specialist and I aim to take the time needed to explain all the details. I welcome questions from parents and want to make sure I am always providing the care each child deserves.”
