What you need to know
New Jersey Monthly surveys the state's physicians each year to determine a list of Jersey Choice Top Doctors. The survey is run by Leflein Associates and is open to every doctor licensed in the state.
How to Vote
Doctors can vote online using their state license number by clicking here.
Online voting ends February 26, 2023. Mailed ballots must have been postmarked by February 18, 2023.
Any doctor that did not receive a ballot, can contact Leflein Associates at 973-728-8877 or vote online.
- Physicians can only fill out one form of the survey.
- Photocopies and duplicate ballots will be disqualified.
- Attempts to vote both online and on the printed ballot will be disqualified.
- Multiple online ballots with the same email address will be disqualified.
Results will be published in the November 2023 issue of New Jersey Monthly.
