What you need to know
Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) has reached an agreement with WellCare, the largest Medicaid managed care organization in the country.
This expanded agreement will allow WellCare of New Jersey Medicaid members to access to HMH’s network of physicians, hospitals, and full spectrum of health care services.
This expanded agreement takes effect October 1, 2020.
Additional Information
This agreement helps increase patient access to HMH’s services – a priority for HMH.
WellCare of New Jersey provides government-sponsored managed care services, including Medicaid, to families, children, seniors and individuals with complex medical needs. As of June 30, the company serves more than 233,000 members across the state.
