Hackensack Meridian Health, New Jersey’s largest and most comprehensive health system, has opened the network’s fifteenth Urgent Care Center in Hazlet, providing easy, one-stop access to a variety of health care services in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Conveniently located on State Highway Route 36 and Poole Road, the new Urgent Care Center brings convenient and accessible care to communities throughout the Bayshore community.
The new urgent care provides a convenient experience for patients by delivering care to patients of all ages close to home. The new urgent care brings together primary care clinicians along with other specialties, and provides various same day services including:
- Sick visits
- Minor Broken Bones, Stitches, Sprains & Strains
- Pediatrics - 4 months and older
- X-Ray on site
- Lab: Strep, Flu, COVID-19, Mono and Urinalysis, etc.
