Nominations For Officers/Members At Large 2020
*One (1) elected. The candidate with the largest number of votes will serve as Treasurer.
**Three (3) elected – two (2) sit on MEC and the third serves as alternate (The two with the largest number of votes serve on MEC. The candidate with the 3rd largest number of votes will serve as the alternate.)
Nominations may also be entered as provided by the Medical Staff Bylaws:
By petition. Nominations may also be made by petition signed by at least twenty-five (25) Members of the Active Organized Medical Staff eligible to vote. Such petition shall be filed with the Chair of the Nominating Committee (Dr. Sophia Kotliar) no later than November 16th and immediately posted.
Due to COVID, we have opened the elections to run from Tuesday, November 24, 2020 through Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at the December Quarterly Staff Meeting.
Meeting attendance via the Physician Extranet will not be available due to elections.
Ballots will be made available at the Medical Staff Office from November 24 - December 8 between 8am to 5pm (closed on Thanksgiving).
