Sara Cuccurullo M.D., medical director at JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute along with other physicians and specialists from JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute all traveled to San Antonio, Texas for the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AAPM&R) Annual Assembly November 14-17.
Dr. Cuccurullo presented her ground-breaking study results, and Brian D. Greenwald, M.D., FAAPMR, and Craig Van Dien, M.D., FAAPMR, CAQSM presented on different topics throughout the day.
The assembly is the world’s largest annual gathering of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physicians, also known as physiatrists.
