Raritan Bay Medical Center has appointed Winston Ramkissoon, MS, MPH, RN, CPPS as director of the Emergency Department in Old Bridge and Perth Amboy, effective October 7.
Winston has worked at Hackensack University Medical Center for the last 24 years. He served as the manager of the Emergency & Trauma Department at both Hackensack University Medical Center and Pascack Valley Medical Center. Additionally, he served as the manager of Performance Improvement and Regulatory Compliance for the Department of Patient Safety and Quality.
Winston successful redesigned, developed, and monitored numerous performance activities related to the Department of Patient Care, Quality and Safety Department and the Joint Commission Disease Specific Care Program.
