Palisades Medical Center has a new concierge program that will make the pre-authorization process for your patients easy and seamless.
Team members will handle the scheduling and clerical work for pre-authorization and will also arrange transportation for patients if needed.
The program will handle requests for:
- Radiology/Diagnostic Imaging
- Cardiovascular Studies
- Lab Services
Registration
If you would like to register your practice for this service, please fax a completed pre-authorization program agreement form to 201-295-4046.
Once this completed form is received, your staff will be able to contact the Concierge Program at 201-295-4040 to schedule services and arrange for patient transport if needed. Please fax all required information for scheduling/pre-authorization to 201-295-4046.
