Check your mailbox for New Jersey Monthly's annual Jersey Choice Top Doctors survey. The survey was mailed in early February by polling company Leflein Associates to every doctor licensed in the state for at least five years.

- Mailed ballots must be postmarked by February 19, 2019
- Online voting will remain open through February 26, 2019
