Hackensack Meridian Health is developing an indoor GPS with Connexient to help patients and families better navigate the network’s 17 hospitals.
This GPS technology is already in place at Hackensack. The plan is to launch this technology at Jersey Shore in March 2019 and ultimately deploy it to all network hospitals.
Eventually, the GPS will be integrated with Epic’s MyChart within the HMH Well mobile application, giving users access to lab results, appointment information, current medications, immunization history and more on their mobile device.
Hackensack Meridian Health will also work with Connexient to integrate Epic MyChart’s appointment scheduling into the app.
