What You Need To Know
On April 15th, the Office of Innovation and Commercialization is launching HMH Emerge North America. This program is designed to connect healthcare startups with Hackensack Meridian Health to explore real-world implementation through pilots, partnerships, mentorship, and potential investment.
This year’s focus areas include:
- Maternal Health: Early identification, monitoring, and prevention of postpartum complications in the first 3–6 months after childbirth
- Clinical Care Model Innovations: Solutions that support success under the CMS TEAM model, including care coordination, cost management, quality outcomes, and equity.
If you are interested in reviewing some of the technologies or serving as a subject matter expert, we want to make sure you are included in the review process. If you are aware of companies or solutions that could be a strong fit, please reach out via the email listed below.
Applications open April 15 and close June 24.
