Gregory Sugalski, MD, MBA, Chair of Emergency Medicine, was honored on the Jumbotron at last Sunday’s Giants vs. Chiefs game for his distinguished service as a U.S. Army veteran.
The recognition, part of the Giants' "Salute to Service" tradition, celebrated Dr. Sugalski's time as an Emergency Medicine physician, including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. The tribute took place before a crowd of 80,000 during the HMH-sponsored game, where CEO Bob Garrett had the honor of performing the coin toss. Congratulations to Dr. Sugalski on this well-deserved honor.
