Elham A. Yousef, MD, MBA, MSC, SFHM, FACP, has been named to the newly created role of vice president, Chief Clinical Integration, Standardization and Specialty Care, effective February 1, 2025. In this role, Dr. Yousef will be tasked with advancing our clinical care delivery, optimizing clinical outcomes, and leading efforts to strengthen and integrate specialty service lines with our broader clinical strategy. She will foster team-based care, evidence- based medicine and drive collaboration across our network to enhance health care value and improve patient outcomes. This new position will enable us to have a dedicated leader to support, collaborate and partner with leaders across the network to ensure alignment of goals and foster a unified effort toward our shared objectives. It will also enable us to focus on better integration of services and create a seamless network that enhances the value of health care for patients, physicians and providers.
