What You Need To Know
Each year, the American College of Rheumatology honors up to 10 clinical and research fellows who have performed meritoriously. This year’s Distinguished Fellows, who are bridging the gap between research and patient care and who were recognized at American College of Rheumatology Convergence 2024 in November, include Sarah Bayefsky, M.D., Rheumatologist and Assistant Professor of Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine.
“I am incredibly honored to be among the recipients of the 2024 American College of Rheumatology Distinguished Fellow Award,” says Dr. Bayefsky. “I’m grateful to my mentors, colleagues, friends and family, who have supported my dual missions to care for patients of all ages with rheumatic disease and to pursue a career in medical education. Thank you also to my patients, who are my greatest source of inspiration.”
