Dr. Thomas Bauer, chairman of surgery at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, was appointed vice-chairman of surgery for the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine on Sunday, October 15. He will represent the southern region and continue to work closely with Dr. Ross, Dr. Jacobs and the entire School of Medicine team, having a significant role and influence on the faculty and curriculum, as well as in strategic planning.
