Juan C. Ravell, M.D., recently joined the Hackensack Meridian Health Medical Group. Dr. Ravell is the chief of the Allergy and Immunology division at Hackensack University Medical Center. He has extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of primary immunodeficiencies and diseases of immune dysregulation.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Hackensack Meridian Health, Dr. Ravell served as staff clinician in the Primary Immunodeficiency Clinic at NIAID/NIH. During his tenure at the NIH, Dr. Ravell provided specialized care to patients with a broad spectrum of complex allergic and immunologic diseases while performing cutting-edge research that has enhanced knowledge of primary immunodeficiencies.

In addition to providing quality care for his patients, Dr. Ravell also enjoys teaching the next generation of physicians and scientists.
Dr. Ravell has published his work in highly regarded journals, has authored book chapters, and serves as peer reviewer for scientific journals.
