Rosario Ligresti, M.D., FASGE, recently joined the Hackensack Meridian Health Medical Group.
Rosario Ligresti, M.D., is the chief of the gastroenterology division at Hackensack University Medical Center, which was recently recognized as the best hospital in New Jersey for GI treatment by U.S. News & World Report. Dr. Ligresti is committed to utilizing up-to-date and evidence-based medicine to improve the lives of his patients and has access to the latest technology to provide high quality care.
Dr. Ligresti focuses his practice on using advanced interventional endoscopic techniques to diagnose and treat digestive cancers. He also performs radiofrequency ablation of the pancreas and esophagus. He has been serving the Bergen County community of Hackensack for many years and is currently a fellow of the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
