Dr. Husain and Harvard researchers investigate a new and convenient way to disinfect water and saline rinse bottles used for the treatment of chronic sinusitis. This was presented at the 65^th annual Meeting of the American Rhinologic Society on September 14, 2019 in New Orleans, LA.

• Surgical Management Patterns of Sinonasal Malignancy: A Population-Based Study.

Dr. Husain and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center oncologists seek to better understand changes in surgical technique with the rise of minimally invasive endoscopic sinus surgery.

• Understanding and clinical relevance of chronic rhinosinusitis endotypes.

In this study, Dr. Husain and Johns Hopkins PhD review the newest classifications of chronic sinusitis based on the latest cutting edge research.

Dr. Husain is  an expert in sinus and nasal disorders, with over 50 peer-reviewed journal articles as well as numerous book chapters and presentations at national and international meetings. His primary research interests include improving quality of life in patients with chronic sinusitis.
