David Duncan, M.D., FAAN, has recently joined Hackensack Meridian Health Medical Group as the director of the new Multiple Sclerosis Center at Jersey Shore University Medical Center.
Dr. Duncan has been providing MS patients with evidence-based, compassionate care for over 20 years. He started his career at the NYU Langone Multiple Sclerosis Comprehensive Care Center in New York, he led the premier CareMount Medical MS specialty practice (formerly Mount Kisco Medical Group) in New York, and was most recently treating patients at Holy Name Medical Center’s MS Center in Teaneck, NJ.
Professional Experience
Additional professional experience and accolades include: certified MS specialist by the Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers, elected Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology, teaching positions at NYU and Columbia University, neurorehabilitation and spasticity management including botox and intrathecal baclofen, multiple neuroimaging and MS studies and clinical trials, and has been consistently voted a Castle Connolly Top Doctor every year since 2011.
