If any changes are to be made on these schedules, it is your responsibility to notify the Medical Staff Office (Office Hours Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm).

For evenings, weekends and holidays, contact your Department Chair. In the event of a declared state of emergency, please see the Emergency/Disaster Plan for detailed instructions.

If the physician On-call does not respond within 30 minutes, please call the second physician on the list.
