JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute
Open since 1974, the 94 bed JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute is one the most comprehensive rehabilitation hospitals in New Jersey. JFK Johnson is the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department of Seton Hall University and the Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
The department consists of 20 board-certified physicians, including seven brain-injury-certified physicians—the most of any rehabilitation hospital nationally.
The JFK Johnson mission is simple: to provide quality rehabilitation that will assist adults and children living with disabilities to obtain optimal function and independence within an accepting community. Our continuum of care assures patients of an integrated, personalized program that facilitates the recovery process and encourages family participation.
