What You Need To Know
WHAT'S HAPPENING: We will test our "Airplane Mode" security protocol, which immediately blocks all web-based traffic across the network in the event of a large-scale cyberattack.
WHEN: Sunday, August 23, from 12 to 4 p.m.
IMPACT: During the four-hour test, the following services will be unavailable.
- On-Site Internet Access: If you are working on-site, you will not be able to:
- Send or receive emails or Google Chat messages.
- Access other third-party web applications that require internet access.
- Remote System Access: If you are working off-site, you will not be able to connect to the HMH network.
ON CALL NOTICE: Individuals on-call during this time will not have remote system access. Support and patient care can only be provided while on-site within the HMH network.
