Introducing the Diagnostic Optimization Dashboard
Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) is advancing clinical integration across the network to deliver Evidence -based, efficient, high value and patient-centered care. A key part of this work is optimizing MRI utilization.
To support this effort, the Diagnostic Optimization Dashboard has been created. This dashboard is available to all team members with a Looker login at HMH, https://hmhn.cloud.looker.com/login.
Hospital leadership now has the visibility to track MRI cancellations and conversions at the site level– enabling leadership to proactively identify variations, make data - driven decisions and enhance performance improvement.
