What You Need To Know

All internet connectivity into and out of HMH will be unavailable overnight Wednesday, September 24, from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.

On Call: If you are a team member on-call during this time, you will NOT have network remote access and will only be able to provide support/patient care while onsite within the HMH network.

Essential Impacted Applications (included but not limited to):

  • Gmail, Calendar, Chat, Drive etc. 
  • Duo
  • Angel Eyes (NICU)
  • Virtual Nursing
  • Everbridge
  • Eligibility/Aauthorization
  • On-Call Schedules (Amion or other)
  • Powerscribe One
  • ServiceNow / MySupport
  • Statcall
  • Surescripts E-prescribing
  • Teladoc / InTouch (Telestroke)

Password resets will be unavailable. DTSServiceDesk@hmhn.org, EpicServiceDesk@hmhn.org and MySupport will be unavailable. Additional information and impacted applications can be found here.
