What You Need To Know
WHAT'S HAPPENING:
Electrical maintenance is taking place in our Neptune Data Center. To ensure system stability, we will be proactively placing Epic into a scheduled downtime of up to 8 hours.
WHEN:
Wednesday, August 27, at 8 P.M.:
- Maintenance begins.
- Epic will enter "Read-Only" mode.
- System applications will be monitored.
- Progress updates will be sent through completion.
IMPACT:
- During the Epic Downtime (“Read-Only” Mode):
- You can view existing information (census, results, medication records).
- You cannot enter new information until the downtime is over.
- Scheduled reports from Epic will be delayed.
- If an Unexpected Outage Occurs:
- The additional applications listed here may be impacted.
- Email updates regarding the status will be sent.
- Please review your department's downtime procedures.
