What You Need To Know
WHAT:
The MySuccess Learning Management System will be unavailable while a system update is completed.
WHEN:
5 p.m. Thursday, May 15 to 9 a.m. Monday, May 19.
DETAILS:
During the downtime:
- You will not be able to access any features or functionalities in MySuccess including:
- Assigned training
- eLearnings
- Class registrations and class cancellations
- If you attempt to login during the downtime, you will receive this error message. You do not need to delete your cache and cookies or restart your browser.
- Please complete any online training sessions that have been started but not finished before May 16, 2025 or you may lose your progress.
- Please do not attempt to register in any training classes between May 15, 2025 and May 19, 2025
- If you notice a change to your training assignments after May 19, please contact the appropriate training department or LearningAndDevelopment@hmhn.org.
