What You Need To Know

WHAT'S HAPPENING:

Beginning Tuesday, May 20, 2025, chart correction requests will be submitted directly from Epic using the Chart Correction option under HMH Links.

HOW DO I USE THE TOOL? 

Chart correction requests feature will be moved into Epic under HMH Links, eliminating the need to leave Epic to submit requests. Epic users will select Chart Correction in the HMH Links drop down menu to submit requests for chart corrections instead of navigating to MySupport.
