What You Need To Know

10-MINUTE EPIC PAUSE SCHEDULED FOR 9:30 P.M. THURSDAY, MAY 1

WHY: 

Epic system updates need to be installed.

WHEN: 

Thursday, May 1, 2025 from 9:30pm to 9:40pm (10-minute pause) 

HOW DOES THIS IMPACT ME: 

For 10 minutes, the system will be "Paused" and all connections are suspended. When the Pause is complete, users can resume their workflows. 

If you are performing a workflow during the Pause that will require you to use downtime procedures, please take this time to review your local procedures.

Epic Hyperspace Read-Only is also available during this time, if needed.
