What You Need To Know
Epic now includes lab results from BioReference that were ordered for HMH patients by external providers.
Results originating outside HMH have a resulting lab of BioReference Population Health in all result detail views to distinguish them from locally ordered tests. The results are available in Epic 1-3 days after the result is finalized and shared with the external provider who ordered the test.
HMH providers will not be automatically notified of results in InBasket. For more details, click here.
