What You Need To Know
WHAT'S HAPPENING: StatCall will have a 2-hour downtime for a scheduled upgrade. StatCall users will not be able to retrieve requests during the downtime window.
WHEN: Tuesday, October 15 from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
HOW DOES THIS IMPACT ME:
During the downtime window, team members should use the StatCall Fillable PDF Form.
- Please fill out the form legibly and fax to (732) 902-5300.
- To follow up on a submitted request, please call (732) 364-2856 and select option 3.
- If a future discharge is planned that will fall within the downtime window, please use StatCall to submit the request prior to 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 15, 2024.
- If the arrangement for transportation occurs after the downtime window, please submit the requests when StatCall downtime is complete.
- Should you find that you can submit requests, they will be queued until the downtime is completed.
