What You Need To Know
WHAT’S HAPPENING:
Beginning August 5th, any Emergency Medical Equipment issues encountered from 3:30 p.m. through 7:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, and all day on weekends and holidays must be reported through the Service Desk (x3333). An on-call member of the Biomed team will be notified to resolve the issue.
- During these timeframes, team members will still need to seek authorization from the Director of Nursing or the Admin on Call before reporting an issue.
- There is no change to the reporting process established for your site during Biomed’s normal operating hours (7:00am-3:30pm).
