What You Need To Know
ONELOGIN DOWNTIME FOR MAINTENANCE
WHAT: OneLogin will undergo maintenance during multiple downtime windows. During these downtimes, team members with accounts in the affected domain will be unable to reset their network passwords through OneLogin.
WHEN: Downtimes will occur from 1 a.m. to 8 a.m. for each domain as follows:
- SOLARISHS (JFK) - Wednesday, June 19
- Meridian Health (MHS) - Friday, June 21
- HUMC - Wednesday, June 26
- HMHN - Friday, June 28
Details: If needed, team members can reset their network password via Citrix or by contacting the Service Desk at x3333 (internal) or 848-237-3333 (external).
- Team members will need to provide their Network ID and/or HMH email address.
