HMH Login Credentials and Duo Authentication Needed For Signature In DocuSign

What You Need To Know

How Does This Impact Me

When: Tuesday, May 7, 2024

What: DocuSign will now require team members to login with HMH credentials and to confirm Duo authentication in order to sign any documents sent via emailed link.

  • Please note, when accessing DocuSign directly through the app on MyHMH, the same requirements are already in place.

Why: In an effort to strengthen the security of our DocuSign environment and protect sensitive data, we have implemented multi-factor authentication (MFA) any time a user logs into DocuSign. MFA makes it much more difficult for unauthorized users to access DocuSign accounts and execute documents.

Details: Click here for DocuSign login instructions.
