How Does This Impact MeFor 10 minutes, the system will be "Paused" and all connections suspended. When the Pause is complete, users can resume their workflows.
If you are performing a workflow during the Pause that will require you to use downtime procedures, please take this time to review your local procedures. Epic Hyperspace Read-Only is also available during this time, if needed.
NOTE: Epic Customizations will be temporarily unavailable beginning 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 30, lasting until the update is complete at 9:40 p.m. Thursday. These include:
- Creating or editing filters in Chart Review
- Applying filters in work lists
- Customizing advanced settings for Charge Router Reconciliation and Routed Charges reports
- Creating or editing SmartPhrases and SmartLinks
- Personalizing dashboards
- Creating, Editing, and Sharing NoteWriter Macros
- Creating or editing QuickActionsAdding users to In Basket pools
