When: Monday, April 22, 2024
What: Beginning on Monday, April 22, all HMH-issued Windows devices will automatically update to display a new icon, "HMH Device Info" and when clicked, will display the device name and IP address.
Why: This icon will allow users to easily identify their devices when calling the Service Desk or seeking any troubleshooting assistance.
