DTS Action Alert: Updates to Citrix Portal

What You Need To Know

When: Tuesday, April 16, 2024

What: Citrix will be updated to including the following changes: 

  • The Citrix Landing Page will automatically display the user’s applications. Any folders that were on the former landing page will now be listed within the "Categories" dropdown.
  • Reminder: Finding applications is much faster with the Search option using the magnifying glass in the top right of the Citrix Landing Page.
  • The Snipping Tool tile will no longer be available in Citrix. The Snipping Tool will still be available outside of Citrix. Follow these instructions to capture from either Chrome or Windows devices.

Note: For any issues accessing the applications, please uninstall Citrix Workspace/Receiver and reinstall by downloading the latest version for your Operating System:

  • If you have ChromeOS, click here.
  • If you have WindowsOS, click here.
  • If you have a MacOS, click here.
  • For any other Operating Systems, click here and locate your OS version.
