What: The ONElink Medication Events form will have a new look and streamlined workflow beginning Tuesday, March 12, 2024.
Details:
- The mandatory Event Detail questions will be grouped together in one section and the Type of Person can be selected using buttons instead of a dropdown menu. For more details, click here.
- Throughout 2024, ONElink Patient Safety and Occurrence Reporting System will be updated to have fewer mandatory fields and easier to navigate dropdown menus.
- As a reminder, all ONElink submissions are reviewed, followed up on, and, where applicable, assessed for trends. When a trend is identified, a multidisciplinary team is assembled for mitigation, process improvement and prevention strategy.
- If you ever need further follow-up on the work that is being done on a file or have any questions about the ONElink system, please contact your leader or site Risk Manager.
