WHEN: Wednesday, December 13, 2023 HOW DOES THIS IMPACT ME: To streamline the support request process, a new link will be available in Epic to access MySupport. The link will be located in the HyperSpace toolbar. Note: All urgent patient care issues should still be report via the DTS Epic Service Desk, Option 2.
