HMH Emails Sent Externally May Not Have Been Delivered To Recipients

What You Need To Know

WHAT: Emails sent to external email addresses between 6 p.m. Tuesday, October 24 and 11 p.m. Thursday, October 26 may have not been delivered as intended. Emails may have ended up in either:
  • Recipient’s spam folder
  • Not delivered due to a Microsoft change.
Important: This setting has been corrected by Microsoft. All emails are currently being delivered. If any of your email recipients report that they did not receive your email, we recommend resending the email from your Sent folder. Note: This did not affect emails sent to Gmail accounts or Google hosted addresses.
