WHAT: The Status Column for Labs in Chart Review Activity has a new look, and a new column is available to show Abnormal results data. WHEN: As of Tuesday, October 17 DETAILS:
- Tip Sheet: Status Column Update & New Abnormal Column
- The Status will be “Active” and then will state if it is
- Final result
- In process, or
- Collected and awaiting results
- Epic has also added a column to capture the Abnormal results data.
