ONELink Workplace Violence Form Update Wednesday August 9

What You Need To Know

• Beginning Wednesday, August 9, ONELink Workplace Violence Form will receive an update to include all necessary information to report an injury to Team Health as a result of a Workplace Violence event.

Team members will no longer be required to fill out a separate form when reporting an injury as a result of a Workplace Violence event. To submit a report:

1. Within ONELink, click the Workplace Violence icon:
2. Complete all form details. When the injured party is the team member, the following new section will appear:
