Physician Photos to Appear in Epic and MyChart

What You Need To Know

  • Physician photos will now appear in Epic and MyChart beginning Monday, June 26.
  • Your photo will be sourced from Hackensack Meridian Health’s Find a Doctor database to provide an easy visual indicator for both providers referring to you and for your patients. Photos will be updated quarterly (following Epic software updates).
  • In order to update your photo in Find a Doctor, you should contact the Medical Group marketing team at HMHMG@hmhn.org. Headshot photo sessions for the remainder of the year can be found here.
