What You Need To Know
- Dragon One Medical (DMO) will be updated on Tuesday, July 25 from 12:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m.
- During the downtime, physicians will be unable to dictate in Epic using Dragon Medical One (DMO).
After the upgrade
- PCs with PowerMic II microphones, PowerMic III microphones and Windows 10 will receive new drivers. These approved physical mics will continue to work.
- PCs with physical microphones and running Windows 7 will need to use PowerMic Mobile going forward.
- These users should download PowerMic Mobile before July 25. DTS continues to upgrade Windows 7 devices to Windows 10 or Chrome devices, but using PowerMic Mobile will prevent dictation interruptions.
