What You Need To Know

  • Beginning June 15, retired ICD-9 codes, currently visible when entering orders or medical diagnoses in Epic, will be removed from view.
  • The updated view will now only show the ICD-10 code sets to use.
  • ICD-9 codes will still be available in historical records.
