What You Need To Know
- Beginning May 3, an Epic update will remove the face-to-face assessment from the comments section and instead allow documentation via a series of cascading questions.
- Face-to-Face documentation for providers will now be available within the restraint order itself. The documentation template is displayed if the provider answers "Yes" to wanting to complete document face-to-face assessment within the order.
- If a Restraint order is Renewed using the “RENEW” button, all previously selected choices, including within the face-to-face assessment, will auto-populate. Please review to ensure they remain accurate.
