What You Need to Know
Effective Tuesday, April 11, 2023, HMH clinicians and patients who have video visits in our HMH Now mobile app can view their virtual visit results in Epic and MyChart.
Previously, HMH Now visit information was not recorded in Epic.
As of April 11, you can see when your patient has had a video visit and the results of that visit.
How to View
When you open "Chart Review," you'll see that charts from Telemedicine and others are available. Just click on the visit type to review.
This new feature will assist HMH clinicians know more about the care provided to their patient in these on-demand video visits.
