November 14, 2022

What You Need to Know

Clinicians and team members will be automatically logged off 18 hours after logging in to their HMH issued Chromebook.

This will enable Chromebooks to update with its latest features.

This update does not affect Tap-and-Go Chrome devices.

How to Log Off

Clinicians and team members need to log off within 18 hours after signing in and beginning their session by either:

  • Clicking on the Sign out button on the bottom right-hand side of the screen
  • Powering off

One-hour before automatic sign off, this message will pop up. A countdown clock will appear with five minutes remaining.

If you are automatically signed off, you will not lose any information in Google Workspace files. You will only need to log in and reopen your Chrome tabs.
