Epic will be paused on Thursday, October 13, 2022 from 9:30 p.m. to 9:40 p.m. so updates can be installed.
For 10 minutes, the system will be "Paused" and all connections suspended. When the Pause is complete, users can resume their workflows.
If you are performing a workflow during the Pause that will require you to use downtime procedures, please take this time to review your local procedures.
Epic Hyperspace Read-Only is also available during this time, if needed.
Epic Customization will be temporarily unavailable beginning at 9 a.m. Wednesday, October 12, lasting until the update is complete at 9:40 p.m. Thursday. These include:
- Creating or editing filters in Chart Review
- Applying filters in work lists
- Customizing advanced settings for Charge Router Reconciliations and Routed Charges reports
- Creating or editing SmartPhrases and SmartLinks
- Personalizing dashboards
- Creating, Editing and Sharing NoteWriter Macros
- Creating or editing QuickActions
- Adding users to InBasket pools
