Passwords Should Not Include Certain Characters

Passwords that contain # or & will not work with some applications.

If your password contains either of those special characters, please change your password. IT is working with the vendors of those applications to enable these characters to be used in the future.

OneLogin is the new password reset tool. How to reset password:

  • Chrome devices 
  • Windows devices

Password Guidelines

  1. Password has to be a minimum of 8 characters
  2. Must consist of at least three of these elements:
  • Uppercase letters
  • Lower case letters
  • Numbers
  • Special characters (such as !@$%^*()?{}/) Note: & and # are not allowed.
  1. Password cannot:
  • Be the same as any of your previous four passwords
  • Contain your Account Name or Full Name
  • Contain more than two consecutive identical characters (such as 111 or AAA)
